One Centenary Way, is the latest building at Paradise, Birmingham, and the first part of Phase Two of the development. It Is 280,000 sq ft, and thirteen storeys High.

Vistry Homebase - Wandsworth
Vistry Partnerships has secured a £128m contract from Legal & General to construct 480-homes on a former Homebase site in Wandsworth, London. Constructed over five buildings, the New Acres development was designed by architect Hawkins Brown. It will also create more than 15,000 sq ft of mixed-use space, with retail, office and a civic square outside a proposed new station entrance to Wandsworth Town station.
School Of Dentistry - Bristol
​The University of Bristol’s new, purpose-designed Dental School officially opened on September 8, 2023.
The £36m facilities are located at the university’s new Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus and will provide the very latest clinical training for the education of dentists, hygienists and therapists, dental nurses, and wider dental team.

AMG Petronas - Brackley
Brackley, situated 70 miles northwest of London, has been the home of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team ever since the three-pointed star returned to F1 with its own works team in 2010. The team operates a state-of-the-art technology centre in Brackley that covers an area of 60,000 square metres. The site provides cutting-edge facilities for the design, development, manufacturing, assembly and operation of Championship-winning Formula One cars.
